ABOUT SAMANTHA FALLER YOGA

As the world continues to surprise us with unexpected twists and turns, it can feel overwhelming and impossible at times.

 

I've been there.

After years of studying, practicing, and finding tools that worked for me - I decided it was time to teach and share those tools with others. Samantha Faller Yoga was created in 2020 to provide an inclusive space for movement, healing, and connection through yoga classes and one on one sessions -- offered online and in person located in East York & Lancaster, PA.

My name is Samantha Faller -- I am a RYT-200, Trauma-Informed Yoga Teacher currently working towards my Master's in Clinical Psychology. I believe in fusing conscious movement and breath to support where you are right now and your journey forward. My teaching style focuses on empowering students by integrating curiosity with exploration on and off the mat to find what works for you.  

It's important to support yourself and advocate for what you need in order to feel good. Whether that's yoga, workshops, or seeking treatment from a licensed therapist - trust that you are in control of your own process. And maybe it starts here, with a class, a podcast episode or just reading more.
