What is the 108 Sun Salutations ritual for?
This ritual is used in many places to create space for clarity in mind, body and soul as well as build the internal fire within to provide energy for the days to come. 108 represents a sacred number we see in many places, but in this case we will use it as a guide to move through conscious Sun Salutations in this moving meditation.
